00:01.9 3rd Quarter- Referees Tom Washington, Brent Barnaky, and Eric Lewis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the Raptors Louis Williams was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal when he was fouled. Initially the referees ruled that Williams was attempting a 2pt field goal when fouled and after the review the call was upheld.
