00:00.5 3rd Quarter- Referees Jason Phillips, Kevin Cutler, Mark Lindsay communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards John Wall took place before time expired in the quarter. Initially the referees ruled that Wall committed the foul with time still on the clock and after the review the call was upheld.
