5:48 1st Quarter – Referees Mike Callahan, Bennie Adams, and Eli Roe communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether the foul committed by the 76ers Robert Covington on the Pacers C.J. Miles occurred prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees ruled that the foul was committed prior to time expiring on the shot clock and after review the call was upheld.
