End of 2nd Quarter – Referees Jason Phillips, Mark Lindsay and Tre Maddox communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the buzzer beater by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook was released prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the referees ruled that Westbrook released the shot before time expired in the quarter and after review the call was upheld.
