4:33 1st Quarter – Referees Bennett Salvatore, Steve Anderson and David Guthrie communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards John Wall took place prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees ruled that Wall committed the foul before the shot clock expired and after the review the call was upheld.
