00:00.6 2nd Quarter – Referees Derrick Stafford, Josh Tiven, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards’ Kevin Seraphin occurred prior to time expiring on the game clock. Initially the referees ruled that Seraphin committed the foul prior to time expiring in the quarter. After review the call was upheld and the game clock was reset to 00:00:6.
