1:44 2nd Referees Ron Garretson, Bennie Adams and Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hornets Mo Williams took place prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees ruled that Williams committed the foul before the shot clock expired and after review the call was upheld.
