00:01.3 2nd Quarter- Referees Monty McCutchen, Brian Forte, and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the foul committed by the Magic’s Maurice Harkless took place before time expired in the quarter. Initially the foul was ruled to have been committed before time expired in the quarter and after the review the call was upheld.
