End of 2nd Quarter- Referees Scott Foster, Dedric Taylor, and Josh Tiven communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the buzzer beater by the Raptors Louis Williams was released prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the shot was ruled to have been released in time and after the review the call was upheld.
