00:00.3 3rd Quarter – The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Wizards’ Otto Porter took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. After review it was determined that Porter committed the foul prior to time expiring in the quarter and 00:00.3 was then put back on the game clock.
