End of 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Josh Tiven to determine whether or not the last second field goal by the Blazers’ Mason Plumlee was released prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the referees ruled that Plumlee released his attempt after time expired and after review the call was upheld.
