8:03 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brown to determine whether or not the field goal made at the 9:17 mark in the quarter by the Raptors Kyle Lowry was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Lowry did release his field goal attempt in time and after review the call was upheld.
