00:03.9 4th Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the last second foul committed by the Hornets Spencer Hawes took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. After review it was determined that Hawes committed the foul before time expired in the quarter.
