00:01 1st Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether or not the last second foul committed by the Raptors DeMar DeRozan took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. After review it was determined that DeRozan committed the foul before time expired in the quarter.
