End of 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tre Maddox to determine whether or not the 3pt buzzer beater by the Thunder’s Cameron Payne was released prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Payne made a 3pt field goal that was released in time and after review the call was upheld.
