10:01 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Sean Wright to determine if the Wizards’ Gary Neal was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal attempt when he was fouled in the act of shooting. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Neal was attempting a 3pt field goal when fouled and after review the call was upheld.
