00:01 1st Quarter-The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the last foul committed by the Wizards Bradley Beal took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. After review it was determined that Beal did commit the foul before time expired in the quarter and that Evan Turner was attempting a 3pt field goal when fouled.
