4:57 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Monty McCutchen to determine if the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal attempt when he was fouled in the act of shooting. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Lillard was attempting a 2pt field goal when fouled and after review the call was upheld.
