End of 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Gary Zielinski to determine if the buzzer beater made by the Blazers’ Maurice Harkless was released prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially the ruling was a successful made field goal and after review the ruling was upheld.
