7:26 3rd Quarter – The crew chief James Capers communicated with Replay Center official Derrick Collins to determine if the Raptors’ Kyle Lowry was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal when he was fouled in the act of shooting. Initally the referees on the floor ruled that Lowry was attempting a 2pt field goal when fouled and after review that call was upheld.
