Off-Ball Fouls
2:43 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official David Guthrie to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Grizzlies Andrew Harrison took place prior to the Trail Blazers Evan Turner releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Harrison committed the off-ball foul before Turner released his inbound pass.
