Flagrant Fouls

5:48 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Mason Plumlee met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Plumlee was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty. Plumlee was also assessed a technical foul for the dead ball contact he made with the Grizzlies Mike Conley.
