End of 2nd Overtime – Referees Ron Garretson, Mark Lindsay, and Justin Van Duyne communicated with the Replay Center to determine whether the buzzer beater by the Spurs Tim Duncan was released prior to time expiring in the period. Initially the shot was ruled to have been released in time and after review the call was upheld.
