8:04 1st Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brown to determine if the Blazers CJ McCollum was attempting a 2pt or 3pt field goal when he was fouled in the act of shooting. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that McCollum was attempting a 3pt FG when fouled and after review the call was confirmed.
