1:21 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official CJ Washington to determine whether or not the field goal attempt by the Raptors Kyle Lowry hit the rim. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Lowry’s field goal attempt did not hit the rim however after review the call was overturned and the shot clock was then correctly reset.
