Flagrant Fouls

3:04 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hornets Marco Belinelli met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Belinelli was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
