Off-Ball Fouls
8:14 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official CJ Washington to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Wizards John Wall took place prior to the Lakers D’Angelo Russell starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Wall committed the off-ball foul before Russell started his shooting motion.
