QUESTION: On the successful Sixers challenge where the defensive foul on Paul George was overturned with 9.9 seconds left, why was a proximate foul not called on Joel Embiid for his contact on Landry Shamet away from the play?

BROTHERS: On the play with the drive to the basket, George is vertical on the play. We did not observe any proximate foul.

QUESTION: It appeared Shamet tried to intentionally foul Tyrese Maxey with about seven seconds left. Why was no foul called on the play?

BROTHERS:  During the game, we did not observe any illegal contact on the play.

QUESTION: It also appeared that Jalen Brunson tried to intentionally foul Embiid with approximately two seconds to go. Why was no foul called there?

BROTHERS: During the game, we did not observe any illegal contact on the play.
