Pool Report on the No Call on Aaron Gordon in the Third Quarter of Tonight’s Denver at Atlanta Game.

The Pool Report interview was conducted by Lauren Williams (Atlanta Journal-Constitution) with Crew Chief Mark Lindsay following tonight’s Denver at Atlanta game.

QUESTION: With 5:49 to go in the third quarter, why was there no foul call on Aaron Gordon despite the contact to De’Andre Hunter’s head?

LINDSAY: During live play, we felt Gordon makes legal contact to the ball with his right hand. However, during postgame video review, we observed that Gordon makes illegal contact with his forearm across the side of Hunter’s head and a foul should have been called.
