Why wasn’t there a stoppage on that last play after Brooklyn’s last field goal attempt in regulation?

“At the time, the crew was reasonably certain the ball made contact with the rim.”

Why wasn’t that play reviewable?

“It was not reviewable because the play was not immediately blown dead after the change of possession, therefore the window to review expired.”
