NBA Official Ron Garretson met with pool reporter Fred Katz of the Norman Transcript after the game between the Thunder and Jazz in Utah today. Here is the transcript of that interview:

Q: Why was there not a foul called on Rudy Gobert on Paul George’s 3-point attempt with under 30 seconds to go?

Garretson: Rudy Gobert jumped to the right of Paul George. Our determination was Rudy would not have made contact with Paul had he not jumped sideways into Gobert’s legal space. We determined this to be a non-call.
