Why was the foul committed by Dennis Schroder with 3:37 in the fourth quarter on Domantas Sabonis reviewed?

“Any time we have a foul we want to look to see if it meets the criteria for a flagrant foul. We have a trigger from replay that we go and look at it and that was the trigger to get us to replay.”

 

 

What determined that the foul was changed to a Flagrant 1 foul after review?

“The officials who reviewed the play on the floor deemed that there was a flail to the face that was deemed unnecessary which is the definition of a Flagrant Foul Penalty 1.”
